Rush hour car fire on M5 near Taunton
FIRE crews were called to a car on fire on the M5 at rush hour this morning (Friday, October 3).
The incident happened on the northbound section of the motorway between Junction 25 at Taunton and J24 at Huntworth.
Two fire engines from Taunton attended to extinguish the fire.
The car was "severely damaged" according to a spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
