Car destroyed in fire in Taunton (April 16)
A CAR was destroyed in a fire at Haywood Road in Taunton this morning, (April 16).
Fire and police crews attended the incident after 6am after reports that a car was on fire.
On arrival crews discovered one vehicle well alight in a playing field.
Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and small tools to extinguish the fire.
The vehicle was eighty per cent damaged by the fire.
