POLICE and paramedics have been called to a serious incident near the Obridge Viaduct in Taunton.
An air ambulance, police cars and land ambulances are currently at the scene near the Wickes Roundabout.
A total of five paramedics and police officers can be seen tending to a casualty.
The man was taken by air ambulance to Southmead Hospital in Bristol.
A police spokeswoman said: "We were called just before 10am to the Viaduct in Obridge, Taunton, to reports of concern for welfare.
"A man had fallen from the bridge and has been taken to hospital, however the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening."
