THE wonderful acoustics in the beautiful Grade I listed church of St Michael’s Milverton is the perfect setting to listen to London Bridge Trio, one of the most exciting trios on the current chamber music scene.
Their deeply nuanced and searching interpretations of Beethoven, Schumann and Mendelssohn will thrill the audience. The trio play with passion and elegance and the evening is bound to be unforgettable.
David Adams (violin), Kate Gould (Cello) and Daniel Tong (piano) already have a successful recording career with numerous albums under their musical belts.
This the third concert in the current season of The Milverton Concert Society. Previous performers in this season have included Isata Kanneh-Mason, and Leonard Elschenbroich with Alexie Grynyuk. March sees the popular return of Red Priest ‘Truly Madly Baroque’.
The London Bridge Trio will be at St Michael’s in Milverton at 7.30pm on Friday, February 28.
Tickets are also on sale at the church door on the night of the concert. Pre-concert pub-suppers are available at The Globe Inn, but booking is essential.
