A CAR went up in flames as fire crews were called to an address in Taunton.
One fire engine from Taunton was sent to the incident, which took place in Canal Road.
The call out happened this morning (September 27) at shortly after 7am.
The fire crew was called to reports of a vehicle on fire.
A spokesman for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: "On arrival crews confirmed that the vehicle was well alight.
"The car was 90 per cent damaged by fire and crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets to deal with the incident."
Avon and Somerset Police also attended in the scene.
