A MAN’S body has been found on a beach in Minehead.
The body was found this morning, Wednesday, April 20, at around 6.28am.
Police said “the death is currently being treated as unexplained”.
The full statement from an Avon and Somerset Police spokesperson read: “We were called at 6.28am this morning after a man’s body was found on a beach in Minehead.
“Officers, including specialist forensic investigators, are at the scene.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries to establish the man’s identity and how he died are ongoing.”
