A TAUNTON man has released a film of his brother’s brutal murder four years ago in a bid to combat violence.
Actors replayed the night when Lloyd Fouracre was killed on his way home from a party off Greenway Road on the eve of his 18th birthday in September 2005.
His brother, Adam, now hopes the CD – Stand Against Violence - will be used to educate young people about the consequences of violence.
Following the launch at the Tacchi Morris Centre on Saturday, Adam said: “There was a good turnout and lots of positive feedback.
“A lot of people said they are going to promote the film to various organisations and schools.
“At the moment, it is a local initiative, but I’m hoping it will eventually go nationwide.”
*Andrew Betty, of Priorswood Road, Taunton, and Jay Wall, of St David’s Close, Taunton, were jailed for life for Lloyd’s murder at Exeter Crown Court in 2006.
