A BRIDGE to access a planned cabin retreat for for serving military personnel and injured former troops has been opened at Fitzroy Woods, Norton Fitzwarren.
Around 40 people attended the event, including representatives from nearby Norton Manor Camp, home to 40 Commando Royal Marines.
Taunton Deane MP Rebecca Pow cut the ribbon Norton rector the Rev Stephen Kivett blessed the bridge.
The retreat is being created by Nicki and Andrew Ritchie on their farm for respite holidays and breaks.
