Taunton rock band The Tiny Face Experience have made it through to the next round of one of the UK’s biggest music tournaments - Live and Unsigned.
The band were one of twelve music groups to be voted through by judges at the regional finals in Plymouth on Saturday, March 19.
The Tiny Face Experience will now go on to perform at the area finals in Portsmouth on May 21.
The winning band will receive £100,000 in prizes, festival slots, a UK tour, a recording contract and £50,000 funding.
This year’s judging panel features such names as Annie Nightingale, Noddy Holder, Shola Ama, Ras Kwame and Tom Deacon.
And, after winning the first round of another battle of the bands competition at Taunton’s Bliss nightclub last week, it seems The Tiny Face Experience are in with a good chance of scooping the grand prize.
