CHAPMAN Ian Sylv and family would like to give sincere thanks to everyone who sent cards and messages of condolence and for their kind donations to Parkinson's UK. Special thanks to Rev'd Tim Hodge who officiated the service and a big thank you to all at E White & Son Funeral Directors for their help. Many thanks to Wordsworth Ward at Musgrove Park Hospital for looking after Ian so well in his last days and also a huge thank you to Oake Meadow Care Home for the wonderful care they gave Ian for the last 8 months.
