LEE Chris and family would like to express our sincere thanks for the messages of sympathy and to all those who attended Glen's funeral. Special thanks to all doctors and nurses on Mendip and Ward 9, MPH, Dr Tim Ward, Dave and Jackie Mullen, Janet Berry, all Gang Show members and to all family and friends for their continued support. Thanks to Reverend Iain McFarlane and Nigel K Ford for the funeral arrangements. Donations are still being accepted for Ward 9 via Nigel Ford. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement of thanks.
