EVELEIGH Simon passed away at Musgrove Park Hospital unexpectedly on 10th October 2019, aged 55 years, dearly loved husband of Julia and loving dad to Toby & Alice. The funeral service will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd October at 11:30 am.
