WHITE Hazel Of Cotford St Luke, formerly of Barnsley passed away peacefully at The Manor Care Home on the 6th of October 2019, aged 81 years. Hazel will be greatly missed by her loving husband Ray, daughters Rosalind & Siân, along with all her other family & friends. A funeral service will be held at the Taunton Deane Crematorium on Monday the 21st of October 2019 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. Smart casual dress code. Donations if desired in Hazel's memory for St Margarets Hospice can be left at the crematorium, made online through the Quantock Funeral Services website or forwarded to: Quantock Funeral Services, 69 Staplegrove Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1DG.
