PALK, Trevor John of Bishops Lydeard passed away peacefully after a short illness at home with his loving wife Cindy at his side on the 31st of October, aged 51 years. Trev will be sadly missed by his wife Cindy, mum Sue, brother Gary, sister Lisa along with all his other family and friends. A funeral service will be held at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Friday the 15th of November at 2:00pm. Trev's family have suggested smart casual attire with a splash of pink may be worn if desired. Family flowers only please.
