COOK Thomas 'TED' Passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on 12th November 2019 aged 93 years. Funeral service will take place at Taunton Crematorium on Thursday 28th November 2019 at 12:30pm. Family flowers only, donations to benefit Love Musgrove may be given on the day or sent c/o Nigel K Ford Funeral Directors, Taunton TA1 1NZ
