DALZELL, Hugh of Culmstock, Devon passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 4th December 2019 aged 86. Much loved husband of Jann, father of Steve and Katie. Funeral to take place at 2:30pm on Thursday 19th December at All Saints Church, Culmstock.
