NEWCOMBE Sheila Mary Passed away peacefully on 16th January 2020 at Windsor Street Care Home, Cheltenham, aged 94. Now reunited with her husband Norman. A service will be held at Cheltenham Crematorium, Willow Chapel at 11.15am on Wednesday 12th February. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Windsor Street Care Home. Cheques payable to Windsor Street Amenities Fund may be sent to Mason & Stokes, 54 Hewlett Road, Cheltenham GL52 6AH
