STEEN Dr. Kenneth Charles David (Retired Lt Col) of Croford, Wiveliscombe passed peacefully away at Musgrove Park Hospital on 22nd February 2020, aged 93 years. Husband of the late Hazel Mary Steen. Funeral service to take place at St. Andrew's Church, Wiveliscombe, date and time to be arranged.
