NEWBY Richard of Wiveliscombe passed away peacefully at Musgrove Park Hospital on Friday, 17th July 2020, aged 81 years. Richard was much loved by Julie, his wife, two daughters - Sarah and Vanessa, two stepsons - Adam and Michael, four grandchildren - Alex, Anna, Toby and Max, and other close family and friends.
