WATSON, Pamela Mary Tennison, of Staplehay, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on the 13th of December 2020. Aged 100 years and 2 days. The former postmistress of Mountfields and Trull post offices and graduate of the Sorbonne University, Paris, a truly formidable lady who lived a long and active life. Pam is now reunited with her beloved husband Sandy and will be hugely missed by her loving children Sue, Mike, Rod, David & Cally, her fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren along with all her other family and friends. A funeral service will be held at All Saints Church, Trull on Tuesday the 22nd of December at 3:00pm, followed by a committal service at Taunton Deane Crematorium. Family flowers only please. If desired, donations in Pam's memory will go to Guide Dogs for the Blind and Leukemia Research and may be given online through the Quantock Funeral Services website or forwarded to: Quantock Funeral Services, 69 Staplegrove Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA11DG.
