MARTIN, Jane Elizabeth, Of Chard, passed away suddenly at home on the 16th July 2021, aged 54 years. Jane now reunited with her beloved husband Cliff, will be greatly missed by her loving daughters Natalie and Lis (Tiny Tot), her mum Mary and sister Tracey along with all her other family and many friends. A funeral service will be held for Jane at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Wednesday 4th August at 2.00pm.
