Carolyn Mary Pole

POLE Carolyn Mary (née Hutchins) Carolyn, widow of the late Keith Pole, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday the 28th of July. Carolyn is survived by her brother Christopher. With grateful thanks to all who supported her including the Rapid Response team, District nurses, St Margaret's Hospice and the Marie Curie nurses. She will be greatly missed for her kindness and generosity by all who knew her. No flowers at Carolyn's request. The funeral will take place at Taunton Crematorium on Monday 19th of August at 4pm followed by tea at the Meryan House Hotel.
