Passed away peacefully on 22nd October 2024, aged 82 years.
A much loved, mum, nan and great nanny who will be very much missed by all who knew and loved her.
Funeral service to be held on Friday 15th November, Taunton Crematorium at 10:40am.
Family flowers only and donations in Pat's memory can be made payable to Cancer Research UK by retiring collection, after the service.
