David Grandfield and Sheila Newman.
CHIPSTABLE Parish Council chairman David Grandfield presented retiring clerk Sheila Newman with a generous garden voucher on behalf of the council and friends.
The meeting was well attended with wine and cake and Sheila was also presented a cheque on behalf of the Chipstable Parish Hall Committee.
