A FATHER-of-two who died suddenly at the weekend has been described as a ‘role model’ and ‘an amazing boyfriend’.

Josh Farley, 27, whose body was found at his Bishop’s Hull home on Saturday (October 5), leaves a daughter and son.

His heartbroken partner Roxanne Parminter paid tribute to his life.

She told the County Gazette: “He loved to help people and all his friends looked up to him as a role model.

“He was a joker and always loved to play around with people – he had a really dry sense of humour.

“We had an amazing relationship and he was an amazing boyfriend – I could not have asked for better.

“Other people would say that it melted their hearts when they saw him look at me.

“It helps me get through, seeing how many people loved him.”

Flowers have been laid in the front garden at Josh’s home and hundreds of people have left messages of support on Facebook for the former Kingsmead and Somerset College student, describing him as ‘a true friend’ and ‘a legend’.

Josh, a carpenter, loved dogs and bred them at his home.

West Somerset coroner’s officer Richard Davies said the matter is still under investigation and at this stage they are awaiting further medical tests.
