Pedestrian killed on M5 in Somerset
A PEDESTRIAN was killed after being hit by a lorry on the M5 in Somerset in the early hours of this morning.
The collision happened shortly before 1am on the northbound section of the motorway between junctions 22 and 21, for Burnham and Weston.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are urging witness to phone the collision investigation unit on 101.
