PEOPLE in Staplegrove and Kingston St Mary can get the latest updates on proposals for 1,500 homes on farmland between the villages.
They will be able to view and make comments on the masterplan at a public consultation at Taunton Vale Sports Club from 2.30pm to 7.30pm on Thursday, May 15.
The 100-acre site is being promoted by PM Asset Management on behalf of the landowners, as reported in the County Gazette last summer.
The development, which could be completed by 2028 if permission is granted, would include open market family homes, affordable houses and even self-build properties.
There would also be a primary school, playing pitches, woods, public open spaces and a local centre.
PM Asset Management has already held three events to inform the public of its intentions, but several householders have expressed fears that the scheme would ruin their scenic views and create traffic chaos.
The company has yet to submit a planning application.
