ELIZABETH Livermore had a pleasant surprise when she got a call from her insurance company.
Direct Line for Business called to tell her the firm was returning all the premiums she had ever paid for her landlord cover policy.
The handout was in recognition of the firm signing up its 200,000th landlord client and Elizabeth was chosen because she is their longest-serving customer.
