FOR the perfect night out in the run up to Christmas, look no further than Ballet Theatre UK’s stunning performance of Swan Lake at the Tacchi-Morris Arts centre, on December 9 and 10.
Swan Lake remains one of the most enduring and moving classical ballets of all time with its thrilling plot of romance, sorcery and betrayal. It tells the story of a beautiful princess held captive as a swan by the spell of an evil magician, a spell that can only be broken if a prince falls in love with her.
Ballet Theatre’s production features over 120 new costumes and stunning sets which, combined by a sublime choreography, leaves audiences spellbound.
Tickets range from £10 for students to £15. The performances start at 7.30pm.
