SOMERSET cricket captain, Marcus Trescothick and Santa riding on a fire engine were just two of the attractions at this year's Think Amy Christmas Fayre.
The event, held at the Holiday Inn, raised £1,023 for Musgrove Children's ward.
Taunton Mayor, Dave Durdan joined in the celebrations along with a choir from Amy's former school, Thurlbear Primary.
The Think Amy charity was set up by Jane Hofmeister in memory of her daughter, Amy, 13, who died when she was hit by a speeding motorist in 2011 as she cycled along Blackbrook Way.
A man and a woman were jailed for causing her death by dangerous driving.
After last weekend's Christmas Fayre, Jane said: “It was a wonderful day to remember Amy and to raise money for the children's ward. I would like to thank everyone who helped and gave their time to make the Fayre so successful.
“A special thanks must go to Blackbrook Pavilion for donating a three month gym membership as the main prize.”
