A TRUCK driver drove into a car and forced it off the carriageway in a road rage incident.
The victim was with two passengers when he drove his black Vauxhall Astra into Staple Hill car park, off the B3170 near Corfe in the early hours of Sunday (July 24).
Police say that a man in a blue pick-up truck then threatened to harm the victim if his car’s headlights were shone on his vehicle again.
As the victim tried to reverse, the offender drove his truck into the front of his car, forcing it onto a grass verge, before driving off.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
A force spokesman said the offender is white, aged between 40 and 60, of large build, balding with some grey hair and clean shaven.
He was wearing a cream, black and white checked shirt.
