Brunelcare Martin Robinson-Jones - Operations manager
Martin spent 21 years working for Avon and Somerset Police as a member of police staff in a variety of roles.
He was in the Control Room and Call Centre Shift Manager in his latest role.
During a restructure he took the opportunity to change direction in his career and saw his current role advertised.
“I saw that the role advertised required all of the leadership and management skills I had developed in what I thought was going to be my job for life, I applied and was successful in gaining the role and feel it is one of the best career choices I have ever made.
The satisfaction I get from ensuring high quality and kind care is delivered to our customers is even higher that I got from my previous career.
I never thought I would be in the care sector but now I am here I never want to leave”
