A NUMBER of cars on a housing estate have been broken into in an overnight raid.
Although only small amounts of cash were stolen, police say the vehicles on Longforth Farm Estate, in Wellington, had all been left "insecure".
Officers are urging owners to lock their vehicles after the incident overnight into yesterday (Sunday).
A tweet by @ASPWellyWivy says: "Overnight we have had a number of cars broken into on Longforth Farm Estate.
"All the vehicles were left insecure.
"Can I please remind everyone to make sure their vehicles are locked & nothing of value is left on display.
"Again only small amounts of cash have been taken."
