POLICE are appealing for help to identify a man after a number of cars were damaged in Taunton.
Seven vehicles were damaged with windows smashed and wing mirrors broken off at around 3am on Saturday, May 5 in the Enmore Road and Wellsprings area.
Five vehicles were damaged in Enmore Road, one in Cheddon Road, a window was smashed in Wellsprings Road and a moped was stolen and set alight in Wellsprings.
Witnesses have described seeing four people walking down the road at around that time and police are keen for them to come forward.
PC Stephen Linton said: “We’ve carried out house to house and CCTV enquiries in the area but are keen to hear from anyone else who could help.
"We’re grateful to the witnesses who have given us information, but I’d always urge people who see offences like this to report them straight away by calling 999.”
