SOMERSET'S weather is looking very damp today.
Most of us are waking up to heavy showers this morning, which are expected to continue until 8am.
It will be cloudy throughout the day, until rain is set to return later this evening.
There is a 30 per cent chance of showers from 6pm until 11pm.
The rainy weather is set to continue tomorrow, with a chance of thunder and lightening tomorrow afternoon.
A Met Office spokesman said: "Early cloud and rain, heavy and possibly thundery at times, slowly clearing westwards during the day.
"Perhaps some brighter spells in the east late in the day, with the odd isolated shower possible. Misty around some coastal areas. Humid too. Maximum temperature 20 °C.
"Tonight will see any showers fading and largely dying out to leave a dry night, although there will be a lot of low cloud and misty conditions, especially on coasts and hills. Humid. Minimum temperature 14 °C."
