HOW do you like to start the day?
Toast? Cereal? Bacon butty?
If you normally go for all of the above and then some, this new breakfast from supermarket Morrisons may be the one for you.
The chain has launched the ‘Big Daddy Breakfast’ and claims it's the largest cooked breakfast available in a UK supermarket cafe.
The 19 piece breakfast includes three rashers of 100% British bacon, three 100% British pork sausages, three hash browns, two half slices of fried bread, two fried eggs, two half tomatoes, two black puddings, baked beans and sliced mushrooms.
Priced at £6, the fry-up has eight items more than Morrisons’ standard big breakfast and is double the size of some other supermarket cafe offerings.
Helen Tordoff, head of cafés at Morrisons, said: “Our standard cooked breakfast is one of our most popular meals on the menu, but customers have asked for one that’s even bigger. The ‘Big Daddy Breakfast’ is an excellent choice for customers with a big appetite.”
It's available in Morrisons cafes up to June 24.
