Drivers are facing delays on the M5 despite no incidents being reported.
Traffic data website Travel Somerset states traffic is moving slowly on the southbound carriageway between junction 24, for Bridgwater, and junction 25, Taunton.
Journey time between the junctions is about 15 minutes.
Traffic is also queueing at Ruishton at the junction for the A358 westbound and junction 25.
