BISHOP Fox's School has been celebrating impressive results.
Almost 60% achieved the gold standard five or more A - C grades at GCSE whilst the figure including English and Mathematics was 47% of the year group.
Headteacher, Paul Scutt offered his congratulations to both staff and students adding that "Results for the school continue to improve year on year. I am delighted for the very many students who worked so hard to achieve impressive grades.
"We wish all our students every success in their future career paths. They really were a delightful year group who managed to smash the target set for the school this year".
English key Stage 3 results were equally impressive with some 79% of students achieving at or above level 5.
At both Key stage 3 and 4 the targets set by the Local Authority were exceeded by over 5%.
