ANYONE who walks past Taunton Pool in Station Road will have noticed the squirrels who forage for nuts most days.
We decided to snap a few photos as they played and looked for food in the morning sunshine today (Monday).
They seemed to have forgotten where they'd buried their larder of grub, but one of them was interested in some of the cigarette butts left on a wall.
We counted six of the creatures and threw them a few nuts for breakfast - only to frighten them away.
Presumably they'll have been back to clear up now that we're gone. Bon appetit.
