On the road
THIS calf held up traffic on a busy road near the motorway in Somerset yesterday (Sunday).
Police road safety officers were called after the young cow was spotted on the A38 at Burnham-on-Sea near the M5.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said: "RPU (road safety) units have been busy moooooving this calf off of the A38 at Burnham-on-Sea, near to the M5 junction 22."
