BILL'S has confirmed it will be re-opening its restaurant in Taunton town centre next month.

A company spokesperson said it will welcome back customers for the first time in almost eight months on Thursday, November 5.

It has remained closed since lockdown in March.

There had been fears the eatery in East Street and Cheapside had closed for good.

A spokesperson told the County Gazette in August: "We don't know 100 per cent whether we will re-open."

But it has now confirmed it will be operating in just over three weeks.

The company has already re-opened a number of its other venues.

Bill's, which served up its first meals in Taunton in July 2015, opens from early morning, offering breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
