FIREFIGHTERS tackled a chimney fire involving a wood burner in a Minehead home this afternoon (Saturday).
Two fire engines from Minehead Fire Station were sent to the incident in Ponsford Road at 3.46pm.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews got to work from the hearth with chimney gear and small tools
"Crews continued to work from the hearth and the roof using chimney gear and safety when working from height equipment."
