IF you fancy buying this plot of land in a village near Taunton it's likely to set you back some £30,000.
The 4.19-acre stretch of open grassland and woodland has been put up for sale by NHS Property Services.
The land off Dene Road, Cotford St Luke, which also features a dilapidated pump house, is deemed surplus to NHS requirements.
It is going to auction later this month at a freehold guide price of £30,000 to £35,000.
Property auctioneers Clive Emson is holding the sale in conjunction with Alder King Property Consultants online on Wednesday, March 24.
Senior auction appraiser Audrey Smith said: "This is a sizeable parcel of land with an attractive outlook.
"It has been instructed for auction by NHS Property Services after becoming surplus to requirements.
"Within the boundaries of the village of Cotford St Luke, it may be suitable for a range of amenity and recreational uses or future development, subject to the necessary consents."
The land is being auctioned jointly with Alder King Property Consultants.
