A 34-YEAR-OLD man was arrested this week on suspicion of starting a bin fire in Frome.
He has now been released under investigation.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident on Naishs Street at around 2.10am on Monday (March8).
"CCTV and house-to-house enquiries have been carried out," said a spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police.
"Witnesses who saw what happened can call 101 and give the reference 5221049219.
