Zinc nightclub in Taunton
A TAUNTON town centre nightclub has announced its intention to open this summer for the first time in 15 months.
Zinc, beside the River Tone in Bridge Street, hopes to welcome back customers on June 21.
But it all depends on the progress of the Government's roadmap back to normality following the Covid-19 pandemic.
The current restrictions are due to be lifted by then - provided Covid cases and deaths have dropped sufficiently.
A Zinc spokesperson said: "I can confirm that Zinc will be reopening on June 21, in line with Government restrictions."
