NORTON Fitzwarren based Berry Coaches are hoping to resume its services from April 12.
In an online post, the company says it will not relaunch its services, including the London Superfast run, before that date.
A statement says: "We are all delighted that the successful vaccine rollout means we are moving closer to a return to normality including the relaunch of our London Superfast services.
"We will continue to monitor Government guidance and developments.
"At present we do not expect our service to resume before the 12 April but are optimistic we will be able to start on this date subject to changes in the Government guidance.
"We will make a further announcement before the end of March to confirm our plans at this point."
Staff are directly contacting all customers who had bookings in the affected period, but potential passengers can contact Berrys regarding their booking or with any other enquiries by calling the office on 01823 331356 between 9am and 11am Monday to Friday.
The statement added: "As ever we allow free amendments so you can book now for 12 April onwards and change your booking free of charge if you are forced to change plans, as we appreciate the uncertainty of the current situation means plans are liable to change.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We look forward to welcoming customers back on board when we are able to resume our service."
