WANTED: Police want to trace Liam Owens
POLICE believe a man wanted on recall to prison could be in Somerset.
They are keen to track down Liam Owens, 27.
He is known to have links to Frome, Bath and Bristol.
He’s described as a white man about 5ft 7ins (170cm) tall, with short black hair, and unshaven.
