DANIEL Lee Redwood, 38, of no fixed address, was given a 13-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months after pleading guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Court to two offences.
Redwood assaulted a custody officer at the police centre on Express Park, Bridgwater, on March 10 this year.
He also used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on the same day.
He was ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge with £85 costs.
A MIDDLE-aged woman damaged a glass panel in a door at Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taunton Magistrates' Court heard.
Nina Griffin, 51, of Forts Orchard, Chilthorne Domer, pleaded guilty to the offence and was ordered to pay KFC £552 compensation.
MATEUSZ Krejazowc, 28, of Colley Lane, Bridgwater, admitted breaching the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison.
He was fined £300 with £60 costs.
JAMES Carl Woodward, 27, c/o Lillinia Way, Bridgwater, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Taunton on February 28 this year.
He received a three-month prison sentence (Concurrent) suspended for 12 months.
