VISITORS to a Somerset gardens can now soak up the sunshine under a sunflower shower.
The floral sprinklers are the newest addition to the Newt in Bruton's outdoors offering and proved the perfect way to cool off during last week's heatwave.
Famous for it's ever changing landscape, the venue offers seasonal events from Garden Day in spring and Garden Lates in summer to Harvest and Apple Day come autumn, and enchanted trails in winter.
As well as manicured gardens, it has woodlands to explore as well as exhibitions throughout the year.
A spokesperson for the Newt said: "We welcome families and love the sound of children delighting in the garden, and those with accessibility issues will find highlighted routes around the grounds.
"Our members are the first to hear about workshops, events and new attractions, and receive exclusive offers, invitations and free shipping from our online store."
