VISITORS flocked to Dunster's 43rd Country Fair last week.
On Wednesday (July 28), guests attended the event on Dunster Castle Lawns.
There was heavy showers and patches of sunshine, but this didn't ruin the day out.
The main ring attractions this year included the Shetland pony grand national, Hawkeye Falconry, All Steps formation riders, miniature horse driving, vintage tractors, South West Group Shetland pony show and more.
Organisers of Dunster Country Fair said: "Thank you all for coming and supporting our event. This year in particular and after the events of the past 18 months, your support was much needed and is very much appreciated.
"Enormous thanks must go to Jennifer Thomas, fair director and her committee who have worked tirelessly to put on this year’s fair in just nine weeks - no mean feat!
"Thanks also to our army of volunteers who man the entrance gates, organise parking, run the tea tents, set up the ground, erect marquees, distribute brochures and leaflets, run the Hound Show, the family dog show and everything in between.
"Thanks go to all our sponsors. Your generosity is much appreciated.
"To our traders, thank you also. You ensure there is plenty for people to eat, drink and peruse and hopefully purchase.
"Last but not least, thank you very much to Avon and Somerset Police and Event Paramedic Services for keeping us all safe."
